Northern Rustic Wood was built on small-town roots and a lifelong connection to craftsmanship.

We grew up in the same small town, walking the same high school halls long before we ever imagined we’d be building this life and this craft together. I was fourteen, he was fifteen — and somewhere between gymkhanas, community hall dances, and growing up in a place where everyone knows everyone, a foundation was formed that would carry into the work we do today.

Our shop is rooted in Pendleton, Oregon, where life still moves at a steady pace and craftsmanship still matters. We believe in building things the right way — from solid hardwood, with intention, patience, and respect for the material.

We build pieces meant to last — pieces that carry character, grain, and story into the homes they become part of.
