All Northern Rustic Wood products are handcrafted and made to order.
Typical production time:
• Cutting boards & small items: 3–7 business days
• Mirrors, blanket chests & large items: 2–4 weeks
During busy seasons or large custom orders, production times may be longer. If your order has a different timeline, we will contact you directly.
After your order is completed, shipping times typically are:
• West Coast: 1–3 business days
• Central US: 2–5 business days
• East Coast: 3–7 business days
Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on item size and destination.
You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.
• Small items may qualify for free shipping when offered
• Large or heavy items may include calculated shipping at checkout
• Local pickup in Pendleton, Oregon may be available upon request
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address:
• The customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, shipping timelines are outside of our control.
However, we will gladly help you file a claim and assist in resolving delivery issues.
