Please note, shipping times are based on business days (weekends/holidays not included) and are separate from production times.

Northern Rustic Wood is a made-to-order company. All items are created in house after you order. Upon shipping, you will receive a notification email which will include tracking information. Large orders, bulk and some custom orders may have a slightly longer production time due to the higher volume and craftsmanship needed to complete the order

Shipping Address & International Fees

PLEASE verify your shipping address at the time of purchase. It is the customer's responsibility to provide correct shipping information. We are unable to provide help you if a package is sent to an incorrect address due to incorrect shipping information provided at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to the shop due to an incorrect address, you will need to repurchase shipping.

INTERNATIONAL: You may need to pick up your package at your local carrier. Custom/VAT fees may apply, and your carrier will be holding on to your package until you pay these fees. All customs/VAT fees are the responsibility of the buyer. I am not responsible for any new shipping fees for returned packages due to failure of the customer to pay these fees.

Delayed, Lost, Damaged or Stolen Packages

All orders impacted by carrier delays are out of my control. Please be understanding that this may happen, especially during holidays and severe weather conditions, etc. Northern Rustic Wood is not at fault under these conditions. No refunds or replacements will be granted due to carrier delays. I know it is frustrating; my supplies get delayed too. Patience is the key when this happens.

Northern Rustic Wood cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have left our shop. If your item arrives broken, then PLEASE take a photo of the item, contact me with a message which includes the photo, and we will remedy the defect with a replacement of a like item. Items damaged by customers are not eligible for refunds.

All orders are shipped USPS. All orders generally arrive within 5 – 7 days of ship date, which is dependent on shipping method. For very large orders, if shipping through another carrier is more cost effective for the customer, I will choose this option over USPS; typically, this will be UPS.

Please remember that delivery times are estimates and based off shipper guidelines, NOT a guarantee. Actual delivery times may vary AND delivery time estimates begin AFTER production times.
